Dance of Life

Every painted spin and swirl signifies the continuous variation, yet repetitious events of life, and the incredible movements that are the sign of life. A dancer as the axis, with a spin that creates the intertwining pattern; the embodiment of life and existence, painted with twist and turns, and a continuous form. But it isn’t orderly and doesn’t follow a pattern, yet what goes around comes around.

This started as a simple concept, that then required an artistic performance of creation, resulting in an abstract artwork.

Imagine life as dance, with spins and dips and sashays and counter steps. Every painted spin and swirl signifies the continuous variation, yet repetitive events of life, and the incredible movements that signal life. A dancer at the axis, with a spin that creates the intertwining pattern; the embodiment of life and existence, painted with twists and turns, movements, with unplanned intervals, and yet symmetrical patterns embodying a continuous form. Yet at times, it is not orderly and doesn’t follow a pattern, it alternates blissfully in fantastic and chaotic ways.
